GENERAL Terms and conditions of sale
1. General information
The general conditions of sale contained herein apply to all products and services sold exclusively through Tattyoo website. They define the rights and obligations of the parties.
Tattyoo reserves the right to modify at any given moment the content and form of these general conditions of sale without notification.

2. Personal data
Tattyoo shall respect the privacy of the personal data communicated by the customers on the website and shall manage the data in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
Customers’ data may be used by Tattyoo for the following purposes:
- For the management of orders, deliveries and billing
- To inform the customers of sales and events by way of e-mails of invitation
- To improve and customize the communication towards the customer, by way of sending newsletters, special offers and other e-mails.
The customer shall provide the personal information necessary to the management of his order (delivery and billing). This information shall be accurate, valid and up-to-date.
3. Sale process
Once the desired product has been chosen, it is placed in the “shopping cart” by clicking the button “Add to Cart”. The customer may then continue his selection of products, modify his shopping cart or proceed with the payment of the order.
The confirmation of the order by the customer serves as acceptation of the general conditions of sale.
Once the order confirmed (and paid), the customer receives by e-mail a confirmation of his order.
The prices are in EUR and mentioned for each product on the website shall be understood as including all taxes, but excluding expenses of preparation or delivery. All rates quotes shown are for indicative purposes only.
Tattyoo reserves the right to modify, without prior warning and at any moment, the prices, quotations and other fees published on the website or sent in writing to a prospective client. However, the products will be billed to the customer on the basis of the tariffs in force at the moment of the confirmation of the order.
The prices applicable to the customers are those valid for the country in which he will indicate a delivery address.
3.3. Depiction of the products
Tattyoo shall endeavor to ensure that the products and services sold through the website are depicted by photographs with the highest possible accuracy. However, due to the mode of presentation of these products on the Internet network, it is possible that the perception of the customer of the photographic depiction of the products does not exactly correspond to the products themselves.
3.4. Secure payments
The payment of the orders is performed through PayPal or Stripe. The payment cards accepted to this day are: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
The order will be considered effective upon receipt of the approval by the bank payment centers.
In accordance with applicable legislation and to ensure the security and privacy of the customers’ information, Tattyoo does not memorise the banking data of the customers. It is therefore up to the customer to save and print his certificate of payment if he wishes to preserve the details of the payment related to his order.
The PayPal site is highly secure. They use industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep information safe.
PayPal automatically encrypts confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Delivery fees are calculated at the end of the order process, on the basis of the delivery country, weight, volume and the tariffs of the carrier.
Tattyoo guarantees the expedition of the products sold through the website to most of the countries. The products will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the order process. No tracking is provided for orders below 100 EUR for most countries. We do ship registered to some countries including China.
You may, depending on your place and country of destination, have to pay local taxes and VAT. Please consult your local customs for questions about VAT, customs handling fee and other charges when importing goods from Switzerland. Tattyoo is not able to help on any taxes and VAT questions.
Undelivered shipments due to missing address information or mistakes will not be reimbursed. Tattyoo never reimbursed shipping costs. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and you will have to pay the shipping costs again if you weren’t able to collect your package or you have given the wrong address.
We ship items as soon as possible. Estimated delivery dates are indicated here. Tattyoo can not ship on national Swiss holidays. Given uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather, posts, strikes etc.) we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
3.6. Returns, withdrawal and refund
Upon reception of the product by the customer, he shall have a right of withdrawal to be exercised within a term of 14 days by returning the delivered product, the return expenses being supported by the customer. Only certain products bought through the website and marked so, and returned with their protective film and individual protective package (unopened and in their original package) may be reimbursed. Custom tattoos cannot be returned, nor refunded. Wholesale orders cannot be returned, nor refunded.
The procedure is as follows:
- The customer sends an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- The customer sends the goods, at his expense, to the following address:
Avenue de Bellevaux 4
- The product must be complete, correctly protected, in its original package, with the protective film and protective package intact (unopened).
- The product must be sent along with a copy of the sale bill
- If the goods satisfy the above conditions, they may give right to a refund.
- If the goods do not satisfy the above conditions, they will be sent back to the customer, who will not be entitled to a refund (Tattyoo does not reimburse shipping costs).
3.7 Custom order
All custom orders must be fully prepaid.
All reasonable efforts shall be made to obtain the best possible colour reproduction on customer´s work but variation is inherent in the print process and it is understood and accepted as reasonable that Tattyoo shall not be required to guarantee an exact match in colour or texture between the customer´s photograph, transparency, proof, electronic graphic file, previously printed matter (whether printed by us or any other party) or any other materials supplied by the customer and the printed tattoo the subject of the customer´s order.
For custom orders, we regret that claims and returns cannot be accepted. Tattyoo does not offer graphic design services and reserves the right not to print a design.
When printing cardboard tags, we require a 5% misprint allowance.
Tattyoo reserves the right, unless otherwise agreed in writing, to amend quotations on or at any time after acceptance if the customer changes specification or supplies or to meet any rise or fall in Tattyoo’s own costs.
Tattyoo may sell, offer or distribute custom tattoos, unless stated by the client while ordering the custom tattoos.
PayPal payments: a 5% tax will be added to your invoice.

5. Applicable law
The present general conditions of sale, as well as any sale to which they apply, are subject to Swiss law. Any litigation or dispute arising from or in connection with these general conditions of sale or with any sale to which they apply will be settled in accordance with Swiss law, whether the claim is based in contract or in tort or upon any other legal foundation. The application of the 1980 United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
